🎁 What am I delegating?

1-2 bullets on what you want to get done

A social media campaign, a research task, synthesis/ analysis of data - whatever it is, describe it briefly and link to relevant materials here.

🤔 Why are we doing this task/activity?

Summarise in 1 sentence why this task is worth doing.

Which customer outcome does it help accomplish? Which KPIs do you expect to move? How does it contribute to your teams or company’s mission?

🧑🏼‍💻 Who am I delegating to?

Name the people that you want to delegate to and reference their roles (if there are more than 1).

This is not so trivial, you can either use your judgement (based on what you want people on the team to learn or based on their strengths profile). Miro offers a great way to engage your team through a Delegation Poker.

🥳 What does success look like?

Describe what Done-Done looks like.

Don’t forget the tasks after the task (e.g. testing, or reviewing, or scheduling, or measuring results of the task).

⏰ Until when should this be completed?

Do you have a timeline in mind? Write it down.

If you don’t have an external deadline, its always good to give a timeline anyways, most people need that to plan their work accordingly.

✋ How do I want to be involved?

Clarify if you want to:
